Pot Roast, Baked Chicken, Biscuits and Pot pie!

No the title does not refer to courses of meal. Too much meat and no veggies, but today, it crossed my mind that I could not cook any of these things. So I shall investigate, hopefully more next week.

So, I looked into my joy of cooking, apparently they can cook a roast in 1 and a half hours, I dont understand how that works. Whereas the online recipe requires you to take AT LEAST 6 HOURS. If not 10 the slowest, so wtf. My friend has a pork roast I can use so I will try it out. I am pretty excited.
